During the construction phase, the Snyder team serves as a clearinghouse of information. We are your eyes and ears on the construction site and manage the entire process. During this phase, we:

Monitor scheduling based off productivity rates
Enact quality control measures
Oversee cost reporting with Schedule of Values
Provide consistent and accurate updates to you
Post-Construction
Once the construction is complete, there is still work to be done. During this phase, we:
Oversee final inspections/occupancy permit
Coordinate owner move-in with comprehensive turnover meeting
Conduct staff training
Ensure punchlist completion
Submit Operations & Maintenance Manuals for relevant materials
Complete 50 week walk through on all one year warranty times
